Welcome

About Me

Hello! My name is Delilah De Kay. I'm a second-year advanced Master of Social Work student at the University of Texas at Arlington and intern therapist at Inspired Practice, LLC. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Human Services as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults, including survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. These experiences have shaped my compassionate and thoughtful approach to therapy.

My own life experiences inspired me to pursue therapy as a way to help others find healing, self-understanding, and strength. In my work, I blend relational therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy to support clients as they explore their personal and relational patterns. I’m deeply honored to walk beside each person on their journey, believing that every twist and turn offers an opportunity to connect more deeply with our true selves.

Outside of work, I love practicing yoga, hiking, and reading a good book.

I am supervised by Dr. Jennifer Vasquez PhD, LCSW-S, at Inspired Practice, LLC, based in Austin, Texas. I am currently accepting clients for virtual therapy services throughout the state of Texas. To find out more about Inspired Practice, please visit the website here.
